Process
Recruiting Process
Keeping in view the requirements of our clients, initially we advertise the required categories in the
leading Newspapers of the country. After short listing we call the candidates for in-house interviews. We
also maintain Data Bank of various categories; as such we take the relevant candidates from the list and
invite them for interview. For skilled categories, we either ask the clients to visit Pakistan and conduct
their tests / interviews or we refer to the professional agencies for trade testing. The final selection
obviously left at the clients will.

We have highly qualified staff in the field of Human Resources Management, besides we are equipped
with all the modern facilities of office management and other techniques. The team is totally committed
and determined to best quality and all the selection is based on merit
Trade Testing
We have agreements with most prestigious and professional trade testing centers, which are quite
reputable and providing good services since last two decades. As such the trade testing of skilled
workers is absolutely fair and unbiased.
Medical Examination
All selected candidates are subject to medical fitness (Particularly for Gulf States). They are only referred
to the relevant Embassy/Consulate approved Medical Centers. The medical examination reports are
subject to attestation from the relevant Embassies / Consulates.
Education/ Qualification Testimonials
All the education/qualifications certificates / diplomas are verified from the relevant Boards / Vocational
Centers etc. prior to selection of the candidates.
Orientation / Counseling
Prior to dispatch of workers, irrespective of category, we conduct an orientation/counseling of 3-4
hours. The purpose of this orientation/counseling is to explain the workers of their job specification,
working hours, the relevant country’s laws and the terms offered by the employer.
Mobilization
Once we receive all the visa documents, from that point to final selection, we take maximum 30-45 days
to dispatch the workers. This processing time can be reduced, if the client wishes to conduct interviews/
tests etc. at their own.
Data Bank
Since we are committed to a good quality and better services to clients, we are willing to sign surety
Bond with the clients to ensure the supply of the right candidate for the right job. In case, any worker
fails to come up to the required standard or commit any unlawful activity, we replace such worker at our
own costs within a reasonable time frame.
Required Documents
To initially process the recruitment, we require Demand Letter and Power of Attorney. With this we
also require a complete Job description of each required category.
